The greeting was very warm and friendly. The staff were supportive and
informative. The property is being upgraded by the owners since they
took over 18 months ago. All the improvements are of a good quality. The
hotel is situated in the centre of Knysna so we needed to take a taxi to
and from the beautiful water front, however it was worth it.
Location is perfect, breakfast is fantastic, owners are personally involved and extremely friendly. When they bake muffins the glorious smell is everywhere - like granny's house!. 所有 评语 »
The main road, felt slightly intimidated at times.
Not much - more TV channels would be great and the restaurant should be used for more than breakfast - maybe a cocktail bar.
