We liked the rooms and location. It was spacious and modern. If they could only build tennis court, squash court and have some other entertainment for the kids this hotel would be the best offering in Knysna. Lots of potential. I hope they take heed of my advice. The hands-on leadership style of the General Manager, which was reflected in his own engagement with the patrons & the professional, competent & friendliness of the staff in the performance of their duties.
