Thanks for the friendliness of the staff. I appreciate the assistance of Anna who get up so early to prepare our breakfast and make sure we had something to eat before we left for the Eastern Cape.
The location is good. The staff polite. The breakfast was good. The garden and parking area clean and well maintained.
Its been awesome staying in Sica Guest House. We are all very satisfied and What I simply have for you is 9 out of 10.

Bedside lampshades in Room 6, need replacement. Shower floor and tile grouting could do with a scrub.

The location was a bit tricky. I had to visit two other outlets before I found the right one.
Long steps upstairs not child friendly.
Bit awkward not having a main light switch by the door in room 6. You have to cross the room in the dark to find the switch. But no real Biggy.
no lift going up and down so we took the garage room but it was fine.
That I checked in later than I anticipated, I would have enjoyed more of the stay.
That the lady who cleans the rooms let us in. Our room was not ready. There was no fridge available in the room. The TV did not work.
The bed was not comfortable for the money I paid and microwave was dirty. My card was double charged of which I understood that it something that was not picked up as the money was not banked on your side. My only challenge here was the lady she promised to call me back once I have reported of what happened. She was going to check the money if it does reflecting on her banking next day and come back to me. Till today the feedback I did not receive.
