Housekeeping was very good. They cleaned the apartment everyday and even washed our dirty dishes and made our beds. None of our belongings were taken. Very good value for money. Everything you need is in the apartment. Nice view of the harbour and city lights. Very close to the waterfront. Upmarket area. Safe enclosed parking in a parking garage. We have stayed there before and find it very convenient for business at the waterfront. The older watchman is very accommodating and friendly always. apartment cleaned nicely. would and have recommended it before but will not do so again.

Excellent value for money, secure place and very central. easy access and parking. Good value for money. This was a very reasonably priced property. Even though it did not meet our expectations fully, you still cannot complain for the price. While Reception closes very early, we were contacted by e-mail to arrange entry and this indicated the managers are on the ball with who is coming and when and they take responsibility for ensuring guests can access their apartment after Reception closes. There is under-cover off-street and secure parking and the location is handy for V&A Waterfront. We were in Room 509 (I think) It has been renovated really nicely. However, my Mum & Dad were in Room 510 (I think) It had not been renovated and look very old and dingy, very very basic. There was no room in the kitchen to move around at all. Her bathroom towels were also very grey, thin and old. How both rooms could be charged at the same rate is beyond me. The unit was spacious and reasonable furnished. the staff were excellent and it is very well situated and is value for money. Fairly close to the water front... Abt 10 mn walk... Nearby restaurant with good value meals... A mini market... Big room with bathroom and kitchen. Good location in Cape Town. Parking place in price. The position was good. The staff were helpful. Price and location. They have parking space. near to waterfront-centrally located. Bedding was clean. Location. Nothing at all ... Worst of the 5 Hotels we stayed in South Africa. nothing. Some of the things in the apartment could be a little newer but for the money it is not a big issue. we booked 2 apartments and one of the business men had to leave a day early - we asked for a refund for that day before he moved in and where told we could not do it. letsbookhotel.com does not allow refunds. Poor show and we will not stay there again.It was not peak times and it was not as if they were fully booked so they were losing money. The hi-fi is not very well organised and when we asked it was broken again but they gave us a 3g card to use but the day staff do not know much about it. Lounge chairs covers very dirty and needed a wash. No pensioners discount although it was advertised on internet. None. the cold water bath room taps were a bit tight. Only has SABC TV Channels,. Tv outdated with no remote and few channels. no DSTV channels - it was raining heavily during our stay and we stayed indoors. The heater was also a bit weak. Can make brooms and other cleaning stuff available esp during holidays. Increase of price after booking. We booked a unit for two adults and two children. There was a double bed and a fold out lounge, but the fold out lounge is certainly not suitable for anything other than two very young children or one up to 12 or so. It was not really accommodation for four - I would say three at most. Our flight arrived at 15h40 and when I eventually got hold of Billy(Caretaker/Receptionist) he told me he would give my key to my mum as he was leaving at 16h00. Just made me wonder who I would have collected key from had my Mum not booked in before me. Also the morning of our departure from Joburg, I tried 5 to 6 times to get hold of them on the phone....... With no joy. the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bath room needed attention to detail. the area under the soap holder had not been cleaned for months. unit 505 was extremely noisy due to the lift pinging on every landing. No curtains in the kitchen,,, we had to cover the windows with newspapers... There were a few small cockroaches!!. WiFi was not available. I'm not sure that I received new/clean towels. There were no coffee mugs - these should have been provided. We were not convinced that the blankets were fresh and clean. It is very simple and there is no cleaning of the rooms on sundays. the kitchen facilities a little disgusting.,. Flat 'grimey'. Needs serious updating. Booked for 3 adults but no bedding for sleeper coach. Questioned this & told office closed! Bathroom needs good clean - basin waste filthy. Wont be going back. Bed are not comforttable. Couch for kids was old and dirty. Bathroom is in poor condition. If there is bad weather, you cannot stay in the flat, no DSTV, especially for kids. Would not stay here or recommend again. cockroaches running around better tv channel selection. 1. No adapter for charging laptop / cellphone / camera battery.!!!!! 2. Poor view. 3. Old Hotel with obsolete infrastructure. 4. No internet / wifi. The apartment was pathetic. It was an uncomfortable stay.Everything was dirty. Floors were dirty.Utensils were dirty. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
