Hotel is in a great location, just a 5 or so minute walk to the main centre & Lent area; the old part. Also less than 15 minutes over the bridge to Europark (big modern mall). Room was very well appointed & the air conditioning worked! Staff were very helpful & there were quite a few choices for a drink or coffee; inside or outside. Breakfast is in massive room & lots of choices - all very good & staff kept replenishing it.
所有评语 » Located in a quiet area away from busy streets though only a 5 minute walk from the Bus and Train stations and the city centre. I've stayed here before and it was nice that I was in the computer system and the receptionist welcomed me back. Good breakfast (we are vegan and there was a good choice of cereals, fruits and soy milk) The gentleman at the reception, Sac, (hope this is the correct way to write his name) helped a lot and beyond his duties acting as concierge. Thanks!. We have enjoyed silence. Hotel very very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very rich with specific food in the country. Everything perfect. Central to the train station. The room was extremely large and comfortable. Cost including breakfast was extremely reasonable. We had a suite which was excellent value for money and really spacious and comfortable with with a fab bathroom with spa bath. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable, loved the bathroom, brekky was good, only a short stroll to town. I knew what to expect from Best Western. The staff were friendly and helpful. good location excellent and comfortable rooms free wi-fi. Very good hotel,delicious dinner in the restaurant. The cleanliness of the room and helpful staff. No extra charge for parking and the dog. Very good wi-fi. Very good halbpension (dinner). We were on the top floor & the wifi connection kept dropping off - strongest signal was in the breakfast room or hall outside our room. That said, everything else was great & would stay again. No problems really. Excursions outside Maribor were non-existent if you did not know the area. Plenty of places to go but you have to organise the travel arrangements yourself. Extremely costly. The shower screen in the bathroom. After shower the floor was soaked, screen didn't really help. breakfast could have been better (but is this is common outside the UK) Noticed mini-bar had no beer on arrival but hotel tried to charge for one (never use mini-bar) - suggest they need to check before next occupier of room checks in. Breakfast has been richer before. Perhaps a bad day. I pay for suite and they give me a double room.
