I put maximum points to this hotel - we really enjoyed everything staying there! A small side-trip from the main highway (we travelled by car) - and we found ourselves in absolutely amazing location. Everything is brand new, shining clean, the staff very friendly, good breakfast. Surroundings are spectaculous as well. Kids had fun watching animals outside - there were horses and ponies. One of the other plesant things were that soon after booking the hotel contacted me and offered 2-room apartm.
所有评语 » The service was excellent and the evening meals very good with the chef coming out to see us as we were eating to ask what we thought of the meal. The staff behind the reception were really helpful suggesting places for us to visit which were better than anything I had found in the numerous books I had bought on the area. And the bikes were free to use. We were able to expend lots of energy to make up for the enormous meals we ate in the evening. This is an excellent, brand new hotel. Rooms are spacious and very nice. They have a private sauna and a whirlpool, which are perfect for two. The staff is very, very friendly and the area around the hotel is one of the nicest ones in Slovenia. Ski resort Krvavec is only few minutes away and you can even purchase ski tickets with discount in the hotel. I really recommend this place. We will sure go again!. The hotel is brand new - has been launched in December 2012. All the fixtures are working fine. Rooms are clean, furniture is new. Breakfast is tasty and ample. Access is easy. Staff is extremely friendly and caring Hotel is located on the mountain slope. Air is clean and tasty, silence is overwhelming. If you're traveling by car and looking for tranquil place - come here. The staff was very friendly, the hotel clean and well equipped and the family room for us and 3 little children very generous in size. The food was superb. The location is very centrally located in Slovenia and all the major attractions such as Postojna or Bled are easily reached. A car is essential - but that applies to the entire country anyway. The weather was a bit cloudy this weekend but there was nothing that could be done about that. I still walked and used the hotel's bike. Room description included air-conditioning however when we arrived it turned out that rooms on ground floor do not have it. Fortunately it gets chilly at night, even during summer, so lack of air- conditioning did not bother us. No elevator and unexpected cost of 10 euro for "accomodation", beside tourist tax. Rooms were not cleaned the first night and the shower is flooding. Drain needs to be repaired. The only small thing the hotel should change, is to give clear information when the airpoet shuttle is free and when you have to pay for it. The only thing that I didn't like is that I couldn't pay with a mastercard credit card. We enjoyed it all. We did not stay long enough, wish we had more time there, only stayed one night. nothing!. There was no oven in apartaments only microwave. nothing. Route description not accurate, should be marking from entrance of village... A very minor challange!. No elevator, difficult to find without gps. Breakfast could be better,bigger variety of food!. apartment was smeling on mould , very old beding. Nedostaje skijasnica. Sauna i jakuzzi se posebno naplacuju gostima hotela.
