Actually i like everything specially the location and service, The staff are so friendly, The lobby is spacious and modern, and the welcoming is great as they serve you some Arabic coffee with dates and cold water with mint and apple, plus the hotel has 2 floors for cars parking, I highly recommend this hotel to all specially business men:). Ideal located, less noice as located away from main roads, new and delicate, equipped with all requered modern features, service was exelent, Food was very good as well, will definately stay with you during my next trip 1 week of May!.
所有评语 » This is very well placed if you want to make shopping or visit at a walking distance the Towers. The rooms are nice. Connection to INternet acceptable. Breakfast is OK. Very close to Starbucks and KFC. Also very close a Mall. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. Room was great, with large double bed, and very modern. Would certainly stay at the hotel again and recommend to anyone travelling to Riyadh looking for a central location. Staff are very nice, they are flexible in check in and check out. Also they can offer you more furniture for free. Hotel is very clean, very neat and it location is very good. 1-its almost new, very clean and the decoration is soo nice. 2- Staff are very cooperative. new hotel, clean room, very good and cooperative staff (specially some one called Hamadah). Location and Price, and the Staff was most friendliest in Saudi, I ever experienced. the design of the hotel is fabulous and the controls technology of the room. Mr Ali, reception manager, he has been of great help and a very nice person. The service at reception but also in general was very customer oriented. it's a modern style hotel, with nice set up and nice location. Friendly, warmhearted welcome in checking in. Clean room. Comfort and staff in great location centrally in Riyadh. The location is perfect and the staffs were very kind. Great Furniture, Great location, Smart Hotel. They accept late check out until 4 pm. Rooms were big and confortable. its my fave hotel in Riyadh.. Very little fuss - it works. In general...amazing. the room very nice. every thing. All is ok. Location. The staff has been Friendly.I was surprised by the rates they charge for water at the reception. The water is given free in the rooms however expensive if you ask for them to be given in the reception area. The rooms are decent. Nice, friendly and competent staff which is not quite usual in this town. In general the hotel is very comfortable hotel and budget friendly. - Location - Value for money - Cozy room - Smart building. Staff and parking lots under the hotel. The location, the furniture. Location. Location. Location. Friendly staff at concierge but a little bit like machines, no solutions.... good location. Clean and nicely decorated (modern). Staff are very nice. Not well recomendad. Nothing. I liked nothing in this hotel. Nothing to like. Nothing. The breakfast has to be much better. Would be fine if glutenfree bread or crackers could be available, as I cannot eat normal bread. - Hilton Garden at Olaya St do provide this. This is a new hotel and it is in an area full of new buildings constructions. Too noisy from 6,30 in the morning. I guess after 1 year it will be better. 1- staff rest room is beside the guest, this is not acceptable. 2- options in breakfast is very limited, it should be improved. 3-Many people are smooking at the lobby. no variaties in TV channels and breakfast. the carpeted floor and the noisy air conditioning. Towels were not clean. sometimes they forget to clean the room. Toilet small, poor drainage system on toilet floor. The painting room very dark with very weak light ,, I feel I'm in a cave not hotel. The name of the hotel is Business Hotel not Business Botiqu hotel on the hotel sign and the toilet is not as luxury as the rest of the room and the hotel but its good. There is construction beside the hotel. Breakfast is poor. Staff at the reception needs more training. the shower and the lift..everything else is great. Not much choice at breakfast. car barking very bad. food. Behind KFC, many taxi not able to find the hotel. I didn't find the swimming pool as described. It was just a jacuzzi and the Gym was very small. I was disappointed as the criteria/facilities I selected the hotel for were the Gym and Swimming pool. Best regards. Exorbitaant charges for water. Small bottle costing 6SR. Some missing items had to be asked for like towels and hair- dryer, quality of breakfast changes daily and ranges between excellent and poor. - after I checked in to my room, I recognized that they forgot to clean the bathroom, and it was terrible, very dirty, no towels, no soaps and shampoo - The breakfast is the worst breakfast Ive ever tried in my life, I took only corn flakes since it is the only good thing there. - One towel only in the bathroom - AC is against bed - Long check in procedure - Breakfast is bad - No shower partition !!. Accessabile from others thru parking. I strongly recommend that hotel managmenet shall modify the lift access by putting card reader to access to guest rooms. Food of room service is horrible. Bad Breakfast. No ironing service, bad room service, the room control screen is next to bed and does not turn off, which means the screen light is always on. The rooms are small, the bathroom lights are dim and does not give enough light. The location of the hotel is next to several construction sites who operate almost 24 hrs and generate a lot of noise. Never was all finished, no coffe at room, only tea, no spoon for the coffe, on the dinners there was always something missing on the table. No lockers or towels on the gym. The water on the jacuzzy was always cold, the steam hamman was only a chair space and it was colder than outside. Lot or construction noise. Uncomforatbly low bed. All lighting has to be operated from 1 switch near the bed. Breakfast very poor. Always 5 staff standing in the lobby, gives an uncomfortable feeling (suits and sunglasses). everything else. Short of of facilitéis, very nio y airconditioning, bath not very clear. Food, facilities, pillows,. Ac is very loud. Door broke. Not clean. Breakfast poor. Receptionist is a big liar, the Gym did not have any staff to speak to.... The worst in my whole experience. - Hotel is not value for money - Wifi is not properly working - Door knob room is damaged - Buffet is not available - Room service is not good - Not considered in the category of a 4 stars hotels.
