The Hotel was close to the Mosque so was an easy walk. The rooms were clean and tidy and had all the general provisions we needed.The restaurant provided a good breakfast meal. We did not have lunch or dinner and often ate out. They allowed me to check-in early. Very clean and comfortable room. Very helpfull staff. This hotel is very near to the enterance for ladies of the Prophet's Mosque.
所有评语 » My visit was mainly for the pophit Masjid visit and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was good in all aspects. The staff are friendly and cooperative. The hotel is 1 minute walking from the harem. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was included and they had a nice variety. It is also close to food courts. There is free parking as well. Location was really excellent, the staff were also good and the breakfast was great, the kids loved it. Best location, breakfast, parking place, specious room which make Al-Haram unique. Suit was well furnished and was comfortable. Moreover, location is good. The hotel is in perfect location and I really got value for money. Access to Haram was good. Facilities were reasonable. the view on the haram and distance to Al-haram. I like the view, hospitality, closeness to haram was the best. All were generous and kept trying to help me in anything I need. The Hotel is very neer located to AlMasjid Al nabawi, it is very comfortable. near to HARAM, excellant breakfast. فندق قريب من الحرم ، الفطور ممتاز. Location + Interior + complementory fruit plate on arrival. Internet signal was weak in my room. The location, parking,and decor. Close to the city center and to the religious places. location wise okay Room were nice. Location is not bad. location is good. close to haram. Only location. Had initial disappoint on arrival. As we were 5 people, we had two twin rooms, with one room having an extra bed. They did not provide towels for the extra person, and were told by the house keeping that only provide two towels for twin room. On advising duty manager that 3 people require 3 towels, this was rectified very quickly. Nothing at all. slow in response to the telephone call. Nothing. Couple of beds were not so good and their legs were not very stable. Also, the bathroom needed some maintenance. The Amenities are not good quality, should be upgrade. Delay in check in. The toilet was bad odor. Room is a bit congested. Extra pillows were not available in room. Toiletries were very ordinary. i recive my room too late at 6.00pm !. Room and toilet dated with stains. A bit expensive compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood. Congested room. Poor breakfast. Food. The breakfast was not nice. Parking not provided. I requested for Double Bed but they did not provide despite my on-site request. There were bed bugs which kept us busy scratching specially first night, then I guess we got used to of it... Cheated on the price. Booing.com confirmed the price of sar 1,260.87 but hotel charged me sar 1,450. Please refund the difference of SAR 189.13 to me. The tv. Air conditioning was very week and informed reception but unfortunately nothing happens Wireless Internet is ver slow and get it after couple of request. no parking. the room service is very bad and they are not cleaning the room very well , خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة ، تنظيف اي كلام، والمفارش ماتتغيرجلسنا بنفس المفارش لمدة اسبوع. The wi fi in rooms was not good and most of the time there was no avaliable network. Wifi was not working. Breakfast was just ok. Carpet in the rooms and corridors are not cleaned and shampoed. Breakfast is not hygienically prepared, ex boiled eggs were served without cleaning the eggs before boiling. Very poor staff, no one answers the phone and if they do it would be in very rude way, room service sucks, not clean at all, overcrowded, may be I can give it one star. Reception personal is very rude and not helpfull. I would like you to reconsider the ratings on your website. Al Haram is hardly a four star. 1) Housekeeping is poor. No daily cleaning, no change of towels, lilen and tissue replacement. Toilet roles are not available. 2) No replacement for drinking water and tea unless reminded. 3) Poor breakfast--No vaiety--Stale bakery items 4) Highly over priced. Reception persons are not good. I was standing at reception almost since 1 hour for check in. I made reservation for car parking. At time we don't have enough space for car. you can park outside. poor customer service. Bad check in take one hour to get the room.
