  The staff was so welcoming, and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They got to know our names, and we knew theirs. We had everything we needed at the resort and didn't need to leave for anything.   Beautiful resort. We stayed in an Estate Villa which was excellent. We had privacy to relax and enjoy our stay. The shuttle service was a must because we were at the top of the hill but never needed to wait long for a bus. If we had any problems or needed something it was dealt with very quickly. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.
