The staff was friendly, helpful, and there was always someone to answer our questions in English. The rooms were pretty, the beds firm and extremely comfortable, and the grounds were nice, it was close to the attractions we wanted Tom see in the old part of the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Very nice and comfortable hotel, good location, clean rooms. The hotel is new and you feel it in every detail: excellent conditions for acceptable price! Very good buffet service (especially for Russian hotels). I would recommend this hotel both for families and lovebirds -).
