  A little far away from Railway station or bus station - you had better getting in bus from them to hotel. Most facilly in room was out of date but it didn't matter for me as budget hotel. Room was not spacious but keep in clean. Thought most staff can't speak English but they tried to give me a hand.   Nice location close to city center, helpful staff, good restaurant/grill with delicious meals downstairs, clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, quiet neighbourhood, park and riverside in 5 minutes from the hotel - Very friendly and polite staff.   The exterior (it's a former pre-school) had us a little worried, but the interior was impeccable. It was all very nice and clean. The rooms were huge; each could easily fit two more beds.
