Big place with both travellers and Russians staying there. Well marked, secure, clean with rules up behind reception. Not party place but friendly. The staff were great and really friendly. The majority spoke great English and were a great help in organising what to see in Perm. Also it was the best value hostel I have stayed in. Yes it us basic but for that price it is luxury!
