  What makes hotel cosmos a great choice for a stay in Moscow is a combination of three things. Firstly the location is great for travelling to the centre because the metro is only 5 mins from the hotel. Secondly, whilst the rooms are basic, the hotel has many facilities. Rooms are of a decent size and although a bit old fashioned now are still perfectly functio - Excellent location, within a short walk from the metro station and All-Russian Exhibition Center, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. The room facilities were a bit tired, but for me it was not an issue. The bed was OK, it was not cold in the room and hot water was available at all times.   Vorontsovskiy hotel is certainly one of the best choices price/quality in such an expensive city as Moscow. It is a small cosy, up to date hotel, with a clean design room and a good shower, less then 10 minutes walking from the nearest metro station, closest to the city center. Overall value for money is excellent for Moscow standards given the over-expensive rates for poor facilities. One staff member speaks basic English and you can communicate with some effort.
