  Location amazing. The best in Moscow. Walking distance to everywhere. Metro just outside the door. Hotel is very historical. There is a photo gallery on the 2nd floor by the breakfast room where you see people who have stayed there and is it unbelievable. Rooms are large and with good taste period furnishings. Concierge fantasti - Location is hands down amazing. From 3 metro stops within walking distance to your ability to cross the street for a midnight stroll of Kremlin. We had a regular ( no view) room and it was enormous, clean with a very comfortable bed. Chocolates and next day weather reports on the pillow were a nice touch.

  Excellent location. At walking distance (20 min) from the Red Square, close to a metro station (3 min) and in a nice lane with a beautiful park along the lane.   For the price I paid I think the single room was more than ok. Clean, new funiture, really warm. The position of the Hotel is really great - just right outside of the 3 metro lines. It's 5-10 min walk to the streat of bars and restaurants with quite reasonable prices (for Moscow) which is called Myasnitskaya. Olga made the stay extremely special, as she helped us in so many ways, and made our trip ore omfortable. She advised us of places to go and to see, arrange airport transfers, and even walked us to the post office.

  It's a big house turned into rooms, with a shared kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. They got wi-fi. Staff was really friendly, once we got to know them. Very helpful and very kind with us. They spoke very little english, but made a superb effort to communicate with us (google translator was our best friend).
