  Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met.   The location was amazing! Only one block away from the Red Square and half block to the main Avenue Tverskaya Ulitsa.
