  The staff was very helpful, they brought us by car to and from the hotel and also came to get us from Cota 1400 when we got caught in the rain. The hotel is modern, clean and our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the mountains and a large balcony.   The food from the menu was fantastic and well priced. The buffet breakfast was also quite adequate and well presented. The content of the fitness room was reasonable given the type of hotel. The hotel is extremely close to castles Peles and Pelesor, with them being just a few minutes walk away.   We stayed in this hotel at least 3 years in a row, visiting with my family from the United States. The room views are beautiful due to the location up towards cota 1400. Our room was pleasantly sunny in the morning, loved waking up that way. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed eating it on the sunny terrace. The views are breathless, every apartment has its own terrace that overlooks the beautiful mountains. Staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast was delish and plentiful. On a beautiful sunny day, breakfast can be served on the sunny terrace. Super convenient for the ones looking to get on the cable car. We enjoyed our stay!
