  The hotel is clean and comfortable. A car was arranged to pick me up from the airport, and take me back. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help.   This was a great hotel. Our room overlooked the square and the room was twice the size one might expect. The room was nice and clean and a great value for the money. The staff was the best I have encountered. We had trouble finding the hotel because of the walking streets and had to park and walk in to find it. The location was perfect for seeing the historic center of beautiful Sibiu and the room we had was quite large. Because of construction on many of the one way streets, we had difficulty reaching the hotel and parked and walked. One of the young ladies at the desk accompanied us back to the car and directed us through the maze to finally reach the hotel. Everyone on staff was like this, very pleasant and extremely helpful. We liked the hotel a lot.

  The conditions are very good, everything is very new, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed when it's was cold outside but the room has very warmth.
