Upon arrival the staff were very helpful, the receptionist was excellent he was patient and was understanding in helping as my grasp of the language was poor to say the least yet his English Was excellent.   The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Room was comfortable with a balcony. Off-road secure parking was available and free of charge. The location was perfect within only 100m of the start of the Timisoara Marathon.
