Upon arrival the staff were very helpful, the receptionist was excellent he was patient and was understanding in helping as my grasp of the language was poor to say the least yet his English Was excellent.   We checked in late and left early because we had to catch our train. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with towels etc. and appeared to be fairly new. The woman at the front desk was amazing!
