The staff gave us a very warm and friendly welcome which made us feel right at home. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Personal service accompanied the breakfast, which was nicely arranged. We would recommend the Bellagio to any of our friends, and look forward to returning there ourselves.

The receptionist, Monica, was very welcoming and helped us with our travel arrangements to Iasi from Cluj. The hotel itself was excellent -- clean and with all the conveniences of home.
