  It was clear to me from the first 10 seconds when I've entered inside, that the owner of the pension is very careful to details. Everything smells fresh, no smoking is allowed (is totally forbidded inside!), the room was clean and all the building has a KNX automation system from Schneider Electric (light spots, motion sensors, climate, electric s... 别人怎么说 » witches etc). There is no low-cost feeling nowhere! The receptionist she was very kind to me when I've did check-in: she prepared me for free 2 sandwi - The staff gave us a very warm and friendly welcome which made us feel right at home. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Personal service accompanied the breakfast, which was nicely arranged. We would recommend the Bellagio to any of our friends, and look forward to returning there ourselves.

  We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  Its a very good looking hotel, with modern design. Very clean and quiet room with a big double bed. The staff was polite and helpful although they speak Romanian with a local accent. The restaurant is also good, serving both Romanian and international dishes and the breakfast buffet was quite wide-ranged.   Excellent location at the centre of Kolozsvár. (approx 100 m from the main square). Parking facility of the hotel was a real asset in the centre. The rooms are nice and clean. Free WiFi. Staff speaks English and Hungarian.There is a restaurant in the courtyard, but closes at 10 PM, so not noisy at night.   As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly.
