all. We liked the hotel's proximity to the airport and the excellent, prompt shuttle bus. Also, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent as well!. chill out in the restaurant/ bar. the hotel was closed for renovation,so we stay in rin hotel.much better that confort otopeni.Large room; quiet; good shower; transfer to airport in morning.

The young man at the desk finally allowed us to stay at the reservedrate, but we had to e-mail him a copy of the confirmation you sent us.the hotel located close to the airport but when you should go with suitcases there I wouldn't recomend it. We booked a junior suite and it was huge.efficient friendly. restaurant at night. Convenience to airport, free shuttle to airport. Staff was very helpful. I was only there seven hours, departing at 4:00 AM, and was allowed to pay for the room at check-in, thus speeding my departure. They take you to the airport anytime for no fee. a bit noisy due to the airport. Close proximity to the airport and quick shuttle service. Very convenient for airport. It's close to the airport and that's why I chose it.good breakfast, transfer to the airport. To overnight to next fly.nothing in particular. Also, it would be nice to have non-smoking rooms available.no, there isn't. room,restaurant,facilities. Transfers from the airport must be reserved in advance; you cannot callfrom the airport. the non smoker rooms smells badly. It's not a really fancy hotel however value for money is good. bedrooms could do with redecorating. I do not like the soap dispensers in the bath. I prefer soap bars. damaged shower. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the smell of tabacca in the room was overwhelming!. Room was stuffy. Had to open window for ventilation, which exposed to noise of arriving aircraft.Being a hotel for airport I think they should have a non-stop eating possibility. wireless is not available in the room. Poor, small, bar area. hustle to pay in cash (dollars, not a mixture of dollars and RON) ,staff not interested in a minor problem I had. Have seldom seen a more boring lobby and setting--no shop, nowhere to walk, no diversion during wait for flight except the restaurant, which was okay. Yes, the staff is not friendly at reception . some of the appliances were old in the room and the food of the restaurant is not so good. It says it's a three star hotel. I have stayed in three star hotels before and it had more conveniences. This hotel lacks things like: face towel, hair dryer, minibar in the room, not enough tv-channels (none for kids), poor phonic insulation (i could hear through the door and through the walls, i did not sleep well in the morning), no trash bin in the room. The price is too big for what it offers. confort of rooms very low relate to price. Hard smell after smoking including sheets for sleeping. the rudeness and the incompetence of the hotel staff. Balance quality/price is poor. On the site was written that the hotel has a shutle free bus to transfer between airport and hotel. When I booked, I indicated the flight number an the arrival hour. Well, nobody was there. I called at reception desk and they said "We are sorry, we haven't any available car. Take a taxi!!" My advise: to erase that information from webpage or to guarantee the transfer.When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was rude. There were not enough explanations about the room. For example, when making the reservation, in the mail I asked for a twin room. Apparently, at Hotel Confort twin room is the same as double room. 1. The shuttle promissed by hotel did'nt arrive at all, I had to take a taxi.2. The air-condition ddi'nt function at all.3. The draunage at bathroom came up and flooded the floor.
