This excellent hotel, is about three minutes from Cluj Airport, my room was large and confortable, the eggs and bacon for breakfast were well cooked and tasty. Close to the airport. Very unfriendly staff, very rude lady, didn't want to help for giving the direction of the hotel. Hang up while talking on the phone. Will not go there even for free. The next day, I went to another hotel where the staff was very helpful and friendly. Just normal when you work in the tourism sector.
