The hotel is located in the old town and a short walk from the square. The hotel is boutique and we received excellent personalised service - breakfast in the restaurant was cooked especially for us entered based on our timing, no need to wake up or miss breakfast! The room was comfortable and like staying in someone's home. We ate in the restaurant - very tasty food - the staff went over and above to let us taste different Hungarian wines by the glass which was a special experience. A great a.
所有评语 » The hotel seems to be only recently opened, so there are no signes yet which indicates it from the exterior. Nevertheless, the incorporated Pilvalax- Restaurant functions as reception. The staff is extremly friendly and professional! They organized parking for me, and fullfilled every wish immediately. The restaurant itselfs is highly recommandable, as they serve great (Hungarian) food! If you don´t stay in the hotel, the restaurant is a must anyway!. Very nice and friendly staff. The apartments & restaurant owner is happy to inform you about the backgrounds of his restaurant, the wines and accomodation. The location is really in the middle of the city centre. The apartment is very spacious and has a balcony over the shopping street in the pedestrian area and a very nice bathroom. Wonderful place, a very comfortable apartment in a small family run business. The owner is present there all the time, doing his best to make your stay very pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful, very good food at the hungarian restaurant on the ground floor. Located in the middle of the pedestrian area, yet on a quiet side street. I enjoyed a lot my trip in Brasov and a major contribution was brought by this location. I felt like home and people in there were the best hostess I have ever met in my country.The only regret: I have not had the time for the delicious food in their restaurant, but next time definitely I will have some!. We used to stay even in 5 stars hotels but we never had such a nice, beautiful and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect, personel very nice and helpful. The staff was wonderful and accomodating. Location was perfect for the town. The area was extremely safe/secure...kids outside playing. great location in the center of the old town, friendly staff, close to all attractions, great convenience. Great aparthotel, stylishly decorated, in the middle of the city, yet quiet. Breakfast made to order. Clean place, relaxing, very good staff. Just in the old center of the city, this is very good. great location, good breakfast, a quiet accommodation in the city center, free WiFi. Everything. It would have been nice to park right in front. That being said the hotel is on a pedestrian street! Dont let this put you off - we used a public car park 200m away for a small fee. Our bags had wheels so it wasn't a problem to walk the short distance. And no cars meant the room was nice and quiet. There are minor critics (as there was no rubbish bin in the kitchen), but it´s not really worth to worry about. The staff is just great and will resolve everything immediately. As in many 'eastern european' countries the heating could be closed, that is turned off. So we had to leave the window open. There was unsufficient supply of shampoo and shower gel. Smoking is very common in this country. The accomodations were pretty much smoke free. Breakfast starts at 8 am. everything good. I missed some instruction as to how to use the facilities, what time brekfast is served etc. A simple brochure in the room would be helpful.
