Everything occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those areas witch is good.   Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night.   A great location, a bit far from the city centre, but we thought it rather a plus as it was peaceful and quite with a magnificent view on the mountains and fields. We received a warm welcome from a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a lot of useful advice. The kitchenet - We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed).
