  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night.   The owner of the house was so kind. The bed was very confortable, we slept very well. :) There is a public kitchen in the basement. The city center is walking distance from the accomodation, and there is private parking place joined to the house.
