  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space. Also the location was quiet with wonderful views.   Very moutain-style, the room was cosy and warm. The staff was very welcoming, and breakfast, typically Polish, was great. - The location was beautiful. The bus into Zakopane was easy to find.

  The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way.   I got a very good discount on this hotel as it was out of season.That said i got a warm room in fact i had to open the window at night .I had a balcony and a fold up chair but due to the cold weather i just used it to cool my beers?.The rooms are dated but all things functioned well and the location to walking trails and town centre are very good ... 别人怎么说 » .Supermarket next door.Staff all speak english and freindly &helpful.I stayed 5 nights and the room was serviced each day new towels.etc.Free mine - A great spot in Zakopane, very close to the center yet on a nice, quiet street, our room was comfortable, very warm, clean and had a balcony with spectacular view on the mountains. The hotel has an oldish communist style but we actually found it attractive, at least it is something different nowadays. It had all facilities of a standard hotel, towels, toiletries and even 2 bottles of mineral water. The staff was very helpful, there was no problem to leave the bags for a while after the check-ou
