  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way.
