  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station.   Location is good, it's 5 minutes drive from Zakopane. Breakfast is great, huge variety and good quality. The room was clean, bathroom had a bath tub, also it was good to have a small fridge in the room. It is a great value for money. - Nice clean and quiet rooms.   The entire experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and very polite. The facilities were clean and the environment was terrific. The gym, pool and complimentary breakfast were amazing. - It is rather a 5* hotel. The staff,wellness, gastronomy was the best i've seen.
