  The entire experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and very polite. The facilities were clean and the environment was terrific. The gym, pool and complimentary breakfast were amazing. - It is rather a 5* hotel. The staff,wellness, gastronomy was the best i've seen.

  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). The other time we stayed at the restaurant after closing time and we were still served. Also the staff at the SPA center was very nice and helpful. Access to the hotel: 1 min. away from the train and bus stations, 10 min. nice walk to the main shopping street. Cosy an - We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. The parking was free in the hotel's own parking lot the
