  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night. Will ho - We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

  The entire experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and very polite. The facilities were clean and the environment was terrific. The gym, pool and complimentary breakfast were amazing. - It is rather a 5* hotel. The staff,wellness, gastronomy was the best i've seen.

  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   It was a little difficult finding the exact location due to the fact that we were under the impression that it was part of the Aqua Park complex. It is not.
