- Location in the center of city - very clean apartment - loyal attitude because late arrival and earlier department - all equipment were working properly - Thank you for managers - they helped me with an advise of useful web-sites to feel comfortable in Warsaw Totally all was good :-). Nice cozy apartment, centrally located near several shopping centers and concert venues, with the perfect access to the transport network as well as being within the walking distance to the historical center.
所有评语 » The apartment is in the heart of the city center, very close to main sightseeing. It was enough space for 4 people even we were in 3. Location is really good. The girl that gave me keys was perfect. She helped with everything and was very polite and friendly. It's very close to the railway station and trade centre. Very comfortable. Very roomy and clean apartment in a convenient Location. Location, Furniture, Equipment, Conditions in general. Roomy, convenient, great view from balcony. Location, value for money,comfort. The room was located in the city centre with good access to many places including food outlets and other shopping facilities. It is near the city center. - no internet (it was ordered (vpn cable) and remind after arrival but finally did not manage) - not comfortable sofa (bed would be better) - window side is on the street and too noisy in the morning - roll - cover on the window is brocken. First of all the address of flat was different from the address that was in booking(in booking they put the address of office). The flat itself look very "used". I've heard every person who live in this house, especially those who passed near my door. The apt faces east and the early morning sunshine comes in very bright very early in the morning. Some strange smell (left with open window), Internet system just worked in last morning. The blinds do not keep all the early morning sun out of the apt. Poor internet. The flat doesn't conform to the pictures shown on the internet site. Difficult to find the reception. Nothing. The bathroom is too small. Address on the listing is incorrect and key pick up is inconvenient. You have to go to main office, pick up the key and then go to another address. It is all in center, but took me ~1 for all the trips. -Bed smell in the appartment. -They wake me up at 7.00 to read the gas meter. -I need to removed from the first appartment (Nowy Swiat)-inconveniences due to hall redecoration. Location not as convenient as I expected considering that you have to pick up the keys from the office which isn't that close to the apartment or central station. Bed was a leather sofa and not that comfortable. I did email staff three times before arrival, and left 2 voicemails - no contact back ! as well, please BEWARE, that there is no address of your actual apartment, they give the reception address instead. I wanted to book something in particular area, and ended up in different place. The attitude of the staff was very bad, lacking very obvious customer care. The sofa/sleeper couch was dirty, had to look for alternative accommodation and check out the following day. Went to the office at 12h00 to inform them of the check out.However, was surprised the following day to learn that the hotel decided to deduct another night's payment from credit card without my consent. The office is far away from the apartment.
