W prawdzie gościłem w tym hotelu 1 dobę, ale widać że postawiono na jakość. Pokoje wręcz fantastyczne, detale współgrają z całością. Przestronne łazienki, duże telewizory, dobry zasięg internetu (co często w podróży służbowej jest problemem w innych hotelach w Rzeszowie, ale nie tylko), obfite i smaczne śniadania. Przemiła obsługa. Czuje się że dbają o gościa, co mi akurat bardzo odpowiada, bo cena za dobę też nie należy do najniższych. Jednym słowem jestem bardzo miło zaskoczony.
所有评语 » The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I felt they felt they were there to make us happy and went out of their way to see to our every comfort.Even offered to walk us to the store we were looking for. everything was perfect. Excellent service of the staff, nice location directly on the Rynek (main square). The hotel seems to be brand new and is certainly a good option for a nice and comfortable stay. I liked everything about the hotel and especially the staff who would go out of their way to help you. I extremely recommend this hotel and its location is fabulous. Everything was Ok. Good breakfast, nice stuff, clean room, very good location. I will come again. The staff was outstanding in every way. They went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Central position. There is nothing that I didn't like. Our room overlooked the interior of the hotel. We were there a week and it would have been nice to see out a window. Glass panels in bathroom area should be marked to avoid dangerous collisions. winows of our room(320) faced high wall 10 meters away and noise from outside - i think from kitchen or conditioner - did not let to open windows at night. TV in the room was not working. Was only offered a tray of biscuits as complimentary. Very disappointing. Didnt like the fact that there as no wardrobe or a decent space to store my clothes. Hotel facility is almost brand new, that's why there are some minor issues. Like you can't exchange money with reception you have to step down to casino and spend plenty of time to register then exchange your money. Also they don't have SPA and such services like massage and gym. They should have a SPA and such services. But in total they got 9 from 10 in my opinion. nothing in particular. nothing.
