Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was
spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had
all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location
to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the
day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z

We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes.

We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!
