  Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.   I have stayed at this apartment three times and will always stay there if I can when I'm in Krakow. I love the apartment. It's in a brilliant location and has a wonderful atmosphere about it. It's cosy but has a modern kitchen and bathroom. Best of all it has a fireplace downstairs, where you can sit and listen to music. Michal who looks after the apartment is friendly and helpful (although Michal, we need more kindling as - This apartment is amazing. Right in the centre of everything. Shops and restaurants a few mins away. So nice to come home from a day sight seeing to a lovely big jacuzzi and a roaring fire. The guy who greeted us was very nice and very friendly. Would recommend staying here and we hope to return.

  The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.

  Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort.
