  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none.   Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in. All in all this is a great little hostel in an a - The Tulip in close to everything. The staff...Omid and Reza are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot.
