  Friendly and helpful staff, fluid english spoken. The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m.   This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly.   It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us).
