  The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick.   All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. - the restaurant is nice the hotel is quite clean and comfortable
