We were three adults travelling together. The staff could not have been more attentive. We ate at the hotel for breakast and dinner each day - breakfast was wonderful and the a la carte evening meals were very good indeed. Can't rcommend highly enough. The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -

Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.
The walk into the main square is about 10 mins and is very easy.
For those complaining about the lighting issues at night, there are bedside lamps with a switch that you can turn on without touching the tablet and also you can leave the mood lighting on in the bathroo

The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.
