Good location, only 10 minute walk to the market square. We had fresh towels and the bin changed every day and the staff were really helpful in organizing taxi transfers. The apartment was very spacious and was a lot better than what we expected because of the price we paid for it! The kitchen facilities were excellent. The staff was very friendly and rode with us to the hotel and hotel and showed us around in person. The place looked a bit run down from the outside, but inside had both the old charm and modern amenities (recently updated kitchen and bathrooms). We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay...
所有评语 » The apartments are spacious. They easily accommodate the prescribed number of people. No keys needed as everything opens with a code (great when having 6 ppl staying!). Excellent room service. We very much enjoyed our stay!. Very nice big apartments, very friendly staff, good location, old romantic building, oak-trees furniture and parquet. Very nice impressions!. Cheap and cheerful, excellent location and rooms were exactly what we required ( just somewhere to sleep). The fabulous furniture, the spacious room, close to the city centre, good price. Very well kept Old style apartament ( No13) in Old Town. Staff was great and the apartment lose to the centre. Great location, basic standard but comfortable. location. It was spacious and you could walk to everything. It was very quiet at night. Good having codes and not keys to carry around. A close location to the historical center. It's near the city centre. It offers spacious rooms. There was no lock on the bathroom door, the shower curtain was too short and the shower head squirted water vertically meaning that the bathroom ended up flooding. The kitchenette had only one pot, which was insufficient for self-catering. It would be of great value to install an internet (WiFi) connection in the future. Parking is not close to hotel. Slight trouble with the shower not connecting to the wall. nothing. No hot water in apartament 13. The reception and the apartment are not close each other (~800m) and, sadly, the address reported on letsbookhotel.com website is the one of the apartment. This forced me to go back and forth to get the key, pay, enter the place. Minor problem but is of the kind you don't want to have when fully packed :v. 4th floor without lift!. They exaggerated how close they were to everything. Yes we were close but not what they say.. It was hard to find the place with the sketchy instructions we were given. There was no flexibility with check in. Staff quite officious.We chose an apartment for ease of cooking etc. there were no facilities at all. The sheets/covers were dirty, stained and had holes and not changed as promised. No extra towels for hand towels. It served a purpose but did not feel it delivered what it promised.There is picturesque place, but generally impressions are not very good. Because it is too gloomy and cold there. Krakow deserves a visit, Florian apartment can ruin it. Hotel is not bad, but the managing system is terrible. They are not flexible at all. You have to check in at the hotel and then walk to your room/apartment in a different building. If you choose to have breakfast "in" the hotel, you'll walk 15/20 minutes to get to a restaurant and have it.
