I like the design of the rooms..Very spacious..The buffet and onsite restaurant is very nice additions..The outdoor cabana and swimming pool are also nice amenties..They also provide a shuttle service to NAIA (400ph). Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a reasonable priced airport shuttle. Near to the night market and food outlets. We like most is the location. It's close to almost every important places, i.e. restaurants, shopping malls etc etc.
所有评语 » large rooms, great buffet breakfast, good free internet, friendly staff. The hotel is basic but has all you need, easy to get from the airport. Good service by hotel staff; room comes with great breakfast. staff are friendly, good food. the hotel staff is nice. Rooms very good. Its a good hotel and i would recommend it to balikbayans who wanted to stay near airport. The van that we used to drop us off at the airport was very convenient. All staffs are friendly and helpful to us. The lifeguard whom i forgot to ask the name at the pool taught us how to swim. Hes really a very good employee :). its quaint and a nice place in general to stay, close to Mall of Asia and Airport, staff are great and helpful. For the price its quite good. The staff's hospitality, breakfast buffet was better than the more expensive hotel we stayed in, room service, free wi-fi. Staff very friendly, free breakfast was good. Large room, with good wifi. Shuttle rides to mall of Asia. The hotel hás good food, transportation, staff, for 3 star was ok. Friendliness of the staff and good service. good location to shop. Good breakfast, cool room, comfortable beds. Nothing really.. N/a. None. security men asked too many personal questions, area not safe at night. Needs updating a little. Bed had hard mattress which is uncomfortable; room had no hand and face towels. location. Room noisy but is close to airport, Surrounding streets daunting for white person. The entrance of the hotel was pretty scary at night. The water in toilet bowl was leaking in our room. But overall we still have a great stay in the hotel. location in the industrial area is not the best, and the limited menu should change, as they are also catering to Tourists. The location doesnt look safe at all; our bed mattress was so hard we woke up with aching backs; furnitures and appliances inside room needs an update. Windows in room are frosted so you cant see out, and some rooms have no windows.TV Was out dated with a mono speaker. Rooms by pool very expensive. Had to pay a deposit... I don't like the bed wasn't cleaning, the sheets was clean but when I pull the sheet, the mattress cover was with blood spot good size desgustin and hairs long hair a lot I think they never wash; for 2 times I found duty bed and the first time I complained and ask for cleaning bed in my second reservation but do not help and the bed is to hard I discovered because I tried put foam pad. I had read about hard bed on the Internet. We did not like our experience with the leisure trips we took in Pagsanjan falls.It was not explained to us what to expect.Also, it was way too expensive.it was something we can't recommend to anybody. none. When needing to leave early no refund for days you not stay there. Extra charge for taking mabuhay transport to mall. first one of night aud.was snob not helpfull rate was hight location is poor u can go out after 8:00pm I stay 4nights first then stay another nights charged us more everyday we have to as handtowel should have that everyday.
