Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise. Highly recommended hotel. The hotel is good but its on ortigas little far from manila. 130 P. But excellent location for shopping. Mega mall and ropensons mall and the podum mall and others are there. The good thing here also they have a very good kitchen and all you need to wash clothes and feel like home.
所有评语 » I really liked how they make you feel as if you're staying in your own residence. The room has a kitchen, laundry, living room, and very nice bed and view. This is possibly the best "bang for the buck" hotel I've been in Manila. Almost every thing. I've stayed in five different places so far in Manila and this is by far best place. The kitchen is complete and the amentinites quality is great. The staff is extremely helpful. The modern design of the room. Rooms are really spacious compared to the same price bracket in all the 5 star hotels in Manila. Great for a staycation. Everything is nice. Superb bedroom with great facilities. Staff are all friendly and kind. I would like to stay again here in future plans. The spaciousness of the rooms, the amenities especially the kitchen for people who want to cook their own food instead of buying outside. The 2-BR Suite is big compared to others. It has its own kitchen and dining table and everything is clean. The staff are all friendly. Love the bed and the shower and the amenities.the staffs are friendly too and they will try to accommodate you as fast as they can. The rooms are big clean and organized. Good ambiance and very classy. Will definitely come back. :). Our stay there was excelnt and if I have another trip to Manila I will stay again in Oakwook hotel. Best hotel I stayed in so far. Very spacious (1br) and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, responsive and friendly. The total experience. The room furnishing and cleanliness. It was a delightful place to stay. I love room upgrades. I requested for early check in but the hotel is fully booked and wasnt able to accomodate my request. the only thing is bad is its far from manila. Cooking pans and pots are a bit too large for 2 or 4 persons. More reasonable size per appartment need to be arranged. none that I can think f. The small lobby which isn't ideal for wedding pictorials. Since we got several rooms i need access to other floors. I let receptionist give me an access to the floors where my other relatives stays but the keys wont work. Hate the parking and the drainage in the second room I occupied. Whenever I asked front desk to give me access to the floors since my relatives had their rooms there as well it won't work. NOTHING. Everything was fine :). Reservations through letsbookhotel.com didn't offer a breakfast option even for the high-end room I stayed in. I found this to be a big inconvenience. big rooms and space.
