The de luxe room for three was spacious for its price, the hotel is new hence we never had the typical problems we encounter in similarly priced hotels in the country; we booked it because we wanted to be near the wharf to Guimaras; and of course also typical in the country, the staff was friendly and accommodating. the superior room that i booked was nice including the bathroom which was really tidy and clean...staff and waiters are friendly.....be sure to check the booking since i booked for a for a double bed and a single bed they gave me three single bed ....well its okay no problem with that....basta malinis lang....
所有评语 » Very well maintained house, surprisingly silent even though it is located downtown, close to Central Market and Fishing Harbor. Good value for the budget aware traveler. One should be aware that no breakfast is included, which makes the room rate a bit less of a good deal. The hotel is great. Our room is cozy and has a great view of the sea just outside our room. The location is just perfect, in the middle of everything. The next time I am in Iloilo, I will stay in this hotel agan. It is the newest hotel in city according by local. Spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Affordable and accessible.... comfortable beds. Swimming pool!!!. location. The facilities are good. There's even a pool too! And free wifi all around!. Modern, clean, good pool. New and very spacious. The location. Beds and makers. Nothing really. The hotel was not clean enough. It simply looked clean because it was new. All the 3 nights and 4 days that we were there the stairs were dusty, the closet in our room was dusty and there were ants in our bathroom. No bidet or showering hose in the CR. The elevator sound is funny. The sound is like in a cemetary or old church. LOL. But its too cool in a way. Internet connection is very poor in our room. poor maintenance of basins and showers. The area is a bit creepy. nothing. Location - near the pier, but it's right smack in one of the seedier parts of town. So be careful when out at night. Also, there was no complimentary water in the room. Beautiful new hotel in poor looking part of downtown iloilo centre. Located right across slum area. I had an early flight so I left the hotel a little past 5:00 a.m. I wanted to order breakfast but the front desk informed me it would be available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a. m. Since complimentary breakfast was not included in the room rate I would have wanted that guests could order it anytime. Noise created by machines near pool. Noise created by lads running Cafe Lack of internet - strong near pool but cuts off often Lack of internet in room - weak and cuts off every few seconds sometimes. Smoking in the cafe and by the pool. I went to the coffee shop to have my coffee and ordered breakfast at the same time. i waited for almost an hour for my coffee to arrive. a check on my order turned out the waiter gave it to another table, twice. Breakfast came late. Service very slow. And when I asked for my bill, they gave me my bill to sign on top of other bills that went with it. Won't be coming back to this hotel.
