The perfect location for our stay in Panama City. If you have a car also consider this hotel as they have free valet parking. The pool is more a jacuzzi so quite small but great views from up there. Our room was as you expect from a Hilton. Overall great value for money, great location, and nice amenities such as coffee / tea or cookies in the lobby area. When we arrived, they had a different (higher) price in the system. We had to print out the booking confirmation from letsbookhotel.com to get the price confirmed. There was no tee/coffee supplied in our room, although there was a coffee maker.
所有评语 » Quite central location. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We dropped our luggage before staying in the hotel for 4 days in the hotel locker room free of charge. Great service! The rooms are clean, new, Hilton standard with very comfortable bed. To me this was a luxury hotel I usually stay in budget but I guess you get what you pay for. Staff helful, room very nice, with good buffet breakfast. Indoor car park on site. Excellent location. The staff was very helpful with any and all requests. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location is great for walks, and many restaurants and cafes as well as shopping. Te Bed was increíble. Its all pretty New and spotless. Not pretentious but it has all you need. I paid 100 bucks and it was a pretty decent value for the great room and bed. This hotel offers amazing value. Great location, beautiful rooms. This is absolutely my new hotel in Panama City. Easily 30% cheaper than similar hotels in the area. The location was pretty good-short walk to restaurants and Avienda Balboa-i was also able to walk to the old city-the tours it bus wasn't too far either. Excellent quality of the rooms, beds, bathrooms, everything. Staff very friendly. Arrived at 8am and could already get my room. It was excellent I would recommend to anyone at any age you are in the perfect location for everything. Just a typical Hilton experience, no more, no less. Very clean and reasonably priced. When we returned to stay 3 days later, we received horrible customer service, wee lied to and treated very poorly. We left with a low opinion of the establishment and may not return. The security system to board the elevators, which requires your room key. I liked the rooms and especially the comfortable beds. The bed was soooo great and comfortable. more attention need it. View outside window was building site. The location next to the red light district-but you can't have it all. Everything good except that taxis drivers in front of the hotel ask double the fare as usual. Walking a block or so away should do the trick. There is nothing I would change it was with it. Location wasn't great- I would've rather stayed closer to Calle Uruguay where there is more of a nightlife. The Hilton is located next to some of the casinos, which could be desirable if you know anything about the casinos down there... Nothing. The only problem was that this location is also in the middle of the red light district. the idiot that checked me in charged my credit card $1400 while the entire cost was only about $940.it took several days to get that fixed.the breakfast that is served starts at 6:00 am. If you eat there I suggest you eat early because the service ends at 10:00 and if you eat late the food isn`t very appetiizing. $16 plus tip and tax add ons. I did not like the blood stains on my sheet and cover. However , when I phoned to complain, the housekeeper came immediatelyto take care of the problem. View from one of the rooms was a construction site and no bathtube. Water in Spa in Jacuzzi was not clean. Jacuzzi was not functioning properly. No hot water on the shower (just enough not to be considered a cold shower), even when getting very hot water on the fawcet. The staff need to be trained a little bit more in regards of customer attention. Not much green. A/c not working broken bed. Cold Jacuzzi. No pool. - rude front desk clerk who treated us poorly and lied to us. Hallways smelled musty. Draining water from higher floors was heard through the wall. The trademark cookies of Hilton were never made available for the 2 days we were there. the TV most of the time not work - had to replace it -Restaurant slow in service - i.e. it took 1/2 hour to get my change after I paid - second daay it was better - checking out they could not find my Visa print out as I paid in cash - will never stay there again J.A. This is named as Hilton, am I right ? If it is I need to expect a complimentary water to my room, slippery and wide range of breakfast. None of those minimum requirements was in there. Total disappointment. Had a issue with my laundry and the staff, although nice, had horrible follow-up and ended up making me late for appointments, I will not stay at this hotel again because of their poor service. Front desk staff was very unhelpful -gave us a room facing a construction even though we requested city view--would not change from kingsize betd to 2 queen bed -want to do it at an extra cost of $50 when both rooms are advertised for same price--bye bye hilton -never will I stay at hilton garden again--was not advertise as an inn. service of staff was below budget category.
