Friendliness. Free buffet. breakfast is very good, nice modern and big rooms, free internet access, good location. parking: reception didn't tell us the parking garage under the hotel is prepaid....so the next day we had a fine. Could not find airco in the room and the window couldn't be open because of all the dronken (shouting!) people walking by.
