Excellent breakfast. On the station(handy when its snowing!) Kitchen &dining room for cooking own meals. Fridge/freezer for storing own food. Laundry facilities. Helpful staff. good bed, nice clean room, I had even a TV in 4-beds dormitory. Everything is new. I stayed here before and I will do it again, if I'll be Bodø in future. The room was plain, but functional. Beds and linens were very adequate. Staff good and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also nice.
所有评语 » Well situated. Very clean. New, great bathroom for a yh. Calm despite its situation above trains platforms. Very Central, having arrived by train , it was ideal. Hostel as a hostel. Nothing special about it. Good people work there. Very helpful. I arrived late, and they left all the information and room key for me. This is a good hostel to wait for a train the next day. There is a locker next to bed, and a little shelf to leave things above the light on the top bunks. Excellent location. Nice room, with good standard bed - however: the mattress' on the bunkbed was hard and didn't fit the bed properly. Clean with the basics new and provided with a brilliant location. Close proximity to the station. Very well situated. Very convenient location just a few minutes away from the quay and the ferry to Lofoten. Bunk beds!!(we are both 65, but we did already know). Have to ask for clean towels & sheets. Having to climb an unlit steep hill to see the Northern Lights(but it was worth it). reception doesn't work 24hrs a day. The common bathroom, by the kitchen and laundry area was in bad shape for most of the time that we were there. A bit too much light (from the train station) in the room. Did not find the reception staff very communicative, though helpfull when asked. Someone mistakenly took the key to one of our rooms which was left out for us in the post box, so we had to sleep two people in one bunk bed, and only one bathroom for 5 people since we only had one room instead of the two rooms we reserved. This problem would have been avoided if the keys were put into sealed, well marked envelopes. But this was not a mistake by the staff, only that a traveler made a mistake. Could add some amenities in the toilet for the price. No complaints. A good hostel. Didn't open until 11. The text on their webpage said that they served breakfast, which isn't correct. You could, however, bring your own food and prepare it in the communal kitchen. The bathroom was newly decorated, but tiny: Not the one they had on their webpage, not much bigger than a cupboard: Did what it's supposed to do. Indifferent one man staff. Very tiny room that would be illegal if used as a prison cell. Double bunk certainly not suitable for older people and painfully to climb into. Simple key card which are normally throwaway are charged at 50 kroner if missplaced. A funny smell outside the rooms. It's a hostel... no need for more words. A little too expensive.
