We left an expensive souvenir in the room and when I called them they found it and sent it to us. Nice hotel in the centre of the city, nice pub restaurant in the same building. Great central location just a short walk from both harbour and bus station. Free hot drinks available. Lovely old Art Nouveau building, spacious, great breakfast and reasonably priced for this standard.
所有评语 » Central location in the town. Cosy hotel. Bar by the hotel reception. The location is perfect, the room is simply furnished, but clean. the art nouveau design, sparse decor, high ceilings. I always like this rica hotels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The hospitality. Nice big room & bathroom. Good facilities & services. Reasonably convenient given short walk to bus station. Shame weather was so terrible in Alesund when I was there but typical I think for western coast of Norway. Location and capacity to park car nearby Twin beds were firm. And room reasonably spacious and clean. Excellent service. coffee beside - appreciated. Large rooms and good location in city centre. Location. location was nice . hotel management apoligized for the rude receptionist. Building showing some signs of age, needed some maintenance. A big fly was found in beans on breakfast, was an unpleasant surprise..... furnishings were a bit dated and could use a makeover. No complaints whatsoever!!!. Stormy weather & promotional banner acroos street beside hotel was attached to hotel just outside my window. In high winds it would make tremendous noise like someone breaking into room. Kept me awake all night. My impression of hotel affected by inclement weather for 2 days when I was there. No capacity to open windows and rooms not soundproofed: could hear every word of discussions between parents and young child in adjacent room Adequate breakfast. Nice room - although the closing of door was not fully working. Poor parking facility is not included in the room rate. No water boiler in room. Clean elevator walls! Staff a bit lazy... be careful for the rude receptionist cecilia . she may shout you and may fire you from hotel if you complaint about the not opening elevators door while she was on the phone. room was not clean . there were sticky remainings from the previous clients. elevator door was not opening at second floor. i booked a double bed but got twin bed. but could not ask from rude recepcionist because she was so angry to me.
