The service was superb. The owner is extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We knew we would arrive late and the owner made arrangements to make our check in easy. I did not feel at all as if I was an inconvenience due to my late arrival. The motel is a basic motel, but the friendliness of the staff make the experience far more superior. We will certainly go back. Friendly staff, very helpful. Walking distance to a nice spot right on the lake for a great meal, or a few drinks (like a few minutes stroll if that). For the budget friendly and people friendly... wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Our 2 night stay was amazing. The staff were so friendly and knowledgable. Cannot praise them enough! This was definately one of our favourite hotels on our honeymoon!. All the staff were friendly. The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable and the location was superb. Plus they were happy for us to bring our dog!. Proximity to shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Dvd library on site I appreciated the discount on the price I.e gst free. Very friendly staff, very helpful with planning our time and booking trips for us. Very good location and clean, well set out suite. Room was very neat n clean..very organised...staffs friendly and worth the dollar ..quiet n peacefull..loved the stay. The private spa pool is a winner with us. I loved every think. It was well equipped with all that we needed, the double spa bath was amazing. Loved the silky sheets. xoxo. They made us feel at home. having the free dvd's for the kids to watch is a great idea. Central to town, lake, short drive to many walks, shops etc. Friendly manager, warm welcome, loved our stay. A clean, comfortable and well featured motel. Spacious room, clean and very comfortable. Handy to town and away from busy roads. Very clean and staff very friendly. It was clean and tidy. No negative comments. We were very comfortable and well looked after. We felt sure we had booked a larger room online I.E. 90m2. Tv was rather small. Hot water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger. It wasn't very spacious, there was no cooker and decor/furniture a bit dated. I did not enjoy the stay at all the hot water in the shower was cold, The cost of the accommodation we had to pay after an error in the computer booking was way over the top for the motel itself. I will never book online for accommodation again and the motelier was rude and very money hungry. very disappointed as we wanted a romantic/ relaxing weekend away and the accommodation was a disappointment.
