  The motel was very conveneient for us as an overnight stay on our way to Dunedin. We appreciated their appeciation when we realised we hadn't been charged for breakfast and we then arranged for payment to be made.   The owners were very friendly and supportive, giving us good advise on what to do and see in Kaikoura. It's super clean and looks/feels brand new. The location is not too far away from the center-nice walk.
