  This hotel was a good place to stay if in Dunedin, as its close to the City Centre its easy to find as you just follow the City Centre signs.   The owners Gavin and Wendy were very friendly and available for any assistance. The price was very reasonable for the apartment which was large, roomy and had all the luxuries of home; gas stove, fridge, full set of cooking utensils, tv and spacious bedrooms. Gavin and Wendy try really hard at this place. The TV channels are best I've seen in NZ, paying a little extra for a sea view room is a must, and the free WiFi is definitely a bonus. Dunedin is quite a boring town, but the very remote beach at Sandfly Bay, 20 mins by car was well worth the visit. The views from the front of this hotel are magnificent.
